We offer Day-of Coordination although we encourage clients to consider at least partial planning for the best results.  Day-of Coordination includes:

  • Two planning meetings (60-90 days out and 2 weeks before)

  • Timeline creation and vendor coordination

  • Rehearsal coordination (if applicable)

  • Full day-of management (typically 8-10 hours) 

  • Pricing starts at $2,000.00

Why we recommend more: By the time we arrive for "day-of" coordination, many logistical decisions have already been made. If you've missed key details or made choices that don't work together, it can be challenging to fix them at the last minute. Earlier involvement allows us to guide you toward better decisions from the start.

Day-of Coordination

Partial Planning is ideal if you've already started the process (perhaps you've booked a venue or a few vendors) but need professional support to refine your vision, fill in the gaps, and ensure flawless execution.

 

With Partial Planning, we typically join your team 4-6 months before the event and focus on:

  • Reviewing existing contracts and vendors,

  • Filling vendor gaps with trusted recommendations,

  • Design refinement and styling,

  • Timeline and logistics coordination,

  • Day-of management.
